Just Brakes Website Development

Together with Cincinnati ad agency Creative Dimensions, Red Hawk successfully gave Just Brakes a whole new online presence this year.

Just Brakes is growing chain of auto repair stores numbering in the hundreds and located mostly in the southern and western United States. Its existing website no longer represented the company's brand and had some usability barriers.

Based on design provided by Creative Dimensions, Red Hawk built a robust, customer-centric website with special functionality to allow Just Brakes' customers to easily find a store, schedule an appointment, read reviews by other customers and access the stores' current special offers.

For customer reviews and online appointment setting, Red Hawk completed an integration with Intuit's Demandforce software. The store locator uses Google Maps, and store data is managed using a back-end administrative tool developed by Red Hawk.

Customers can also do all this on the go, through the new mobile version of the website built by Red Hawk.
