Anne received her BA in English from Xavier University in 2006 and served the Cincinnati Public Library in a variety of roles over a 14-year period. She completed her graduate work through Kent State University, receiving degrees in MS, Information Architecture & Knowledge Mgmt/UXD and MDS, Digital Sciences (Data Science conc.) in December of 2019.
